Our public and private NAC Workshops are designed to create a deeper understanding of our perceptions and experiences. From this place of greater awareness, beneficial, creative, and sustainable strategies are developed. As a result, collaborative teamwork improves, necessary conversations happen, relationships deepen, stress and frustration decrease, and productivity grows. NAC listening and speaking skills go beyond a communication "technique" and can be implemented immediately to give feedback, create buy-in, and express appreciation. We have trained collaborative law professionals, conflict resolution practitioners, business professionals and leaders, and their respective clients, to use NAC skills to build trust, prevent disagreements from escalating into arguments, and create mutually satisfying solutions. Facilitators Tom Bache-Wiig and Arlene Brownell, Ph D., are specialists in the dance of communication, and authors of Non-Adversarial Communication: Speaking and Arlene, Tom, and their associate facilitator/coaches, provide expert coaching, male/female perspectives, targeted insights, and NAC modeling and demonstrations. Based on Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication™. The classes are built on rigorous instructional design and adult learning principles. Arlene and Tom create a highly personal learning environment with a 1:10 maximum facilitator/participant ratio.
