  • Identify your clients’ deepest needs
  • Effectively handle strong emotions
  • Work in partnership with other professionals

For Conflict Resolution Practitioners such as mediators, attorneys, therapists, coaches, consultants, and managers, Non-Adversarial Communication skills will enable you to:

  • Effectively handle strong emotions
  • Help people in conflict see each other as human rather than as the enemy
  • Create agreements that people want to keep

For Business Professionals and Leaders Non-Adversarial Communication skills will enable you to:

  • Make better, more sustainable decisions
  • Work with conflict instead of avoiding or ignoring it
  • Obtain improved results by building relationships

Our public and private NAC Workshops are designed to create a deeper understanding of our perceptions and experiences. From this place of greater awareness, beneficial, creative, and sustainable strategies are developed. As a result, collaborative teamwork improves, necessary conversations happen, relationships deepen, stress and frustration decrease, and productivity grows.

NAC listening and speaking skills go beyond a communication "technique" and can be implemented immediately to give feedback, create buy-in, and express appreciation. We have trained collaborative law professionals, conflict resolution practitioners, business professionals and leaders, and their respective clients, to use NAC skills to build trust, prevent disagreements from escalating into arguments, and create mutually satisfying solutions.
